In loving memory of her late son, Marty, Mona Banks established Marty’s Miraculous Private Care in August 2017 in Bridgeton, Missouri. With 20 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant and Medication Technician in the nursing industry, Mona has worked in various nursing homes and agencies around St. Louis City and County, eventually becoming an independent contractor.

As an independent contractor, she gained valuable experience in recruiting, staffing, and marketing, which helped her build a significant number of client referrals. Mona became a crucial figure in the elderly and disabled communities, using her expertise to develop Marty’s Miraculous Private Care. In 2022, she expanded her company and obtained a certification with Medicaid. She started a new entity, Marty's Miraculous Care, that accepts clients eligible for the Medicaid programs HCBS and CDS.

Her goal is to continue growing and empowering each employee to grow personally and professionally while providing exceptional care to clients.
